Key Responsibilities

  • Provide global support covering all issues related to our applications.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our software and leverage that expertise to drive client success.
  • Support client administrators across multiple organizations.
  • Troubleshoot critical production issues affecting end-users, including system unavailability and data integrity issues.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in 2nd- or 3rd-line product support roles.
  • The ability to learn new skills and adapt to evolving requirements.
  • Experience working closely with Development and Technical Operations teams.
