Our team is seeking a highly organized professional to join our workforce planning unit. This exciting role will provide opportunities for ongoing training and development in a collaborative environment.
The PositionThis new role is part of the workforce planning unit and will be responsible for supporting objectives by managing recruitment activities for junior medical professionals. The successful candidate will work closely with managers and directors from across various teams, as well as the workforce planning and resourcing team.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and manage multiple timelines to support recruitment efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes
- A flexible work ethic and high attention to detail
- An exceptional sense of customer service and ability to schedule and manage multiple timelines
- Prior experience in recruitment or workforce planning not essential; willingness to accept a challenge and commit to quality results required
