We are seeking an experienced ICT Data Platform Administrator to join our team at Peoplebank Australia Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing technical assessments, designing, configuring, and deploying new capabilities in the data platform space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform technical assessments, design, configuration, and deployment of new capabilities in the data platform space.
- Solve complex problems under minimal supervision.
- Develop and support your own and other team members' technical capabilities.
- Contribute to the team wiki for recording system configurations, change procedures, release procedures, incident management, and how-to guides.
- Transfer knowledge to other data platform administrators.
- Support the platforms and software used by data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists, including troubleshooting, updates, and upgrades.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following technologies is desirable: RHEL 7 & RHEL 8, Ansible, Azure Dev/Ops, Neo4j, Kafka, Ni Fi, SASImpala/Kudu, Elasticsearch, Postgre SQL, Java, Kubernetes, Python, Server hosts & GPU Cluster installations, configuration, cable and power management.
- Candidates must be Australian citizens who have the ability to obtain an AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance.
