Our experienced staff work tirelessly to provide personalized support and guidance to help individuals achieve their career goals.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of others. As an Employment Consultant, you will be working closely with participants in the Workforce Australia program to identify and overcome barriers to employment. Your goal will be to secure sustainable employment outcomes, providing individuals with the tools and confidence they need to succeed in the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers and actively engage with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Clearly identify and address barriers preventing job seekers from being job ready, providing them with the necessary support and resources to overcome these challenges.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills and resilience to maximize employment outcomes and ensure successful transitions into the workforce.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Confidence and self-motivation, with a proven track record of achieving business targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.
