About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Sales Representative to join our team at our BRAND NEW Ballina store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers, promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, and developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
  • Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
  • Support our local community and charitable organizations
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
  • Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
