Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will embody the desire to engage and guide customers in their product discovery journey. Your role will be to welcome customers into our spaces, fostering intentional interactions that deepen the way our products are experienced.

You will be responsible for ensuring our store teams are supported to meet customer needs, processing sales and maintaining stock levels. This includes being flexible with availability throughout October – February, with full availability required during late-night and weekend trading hours.
