Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging in-store experience, building a high-performing team, and driving business results. You will also assist in managing operations, interpreting performance data, and developing strategies to improve efficiency.

  • Drive sales growth by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business
  • Support the Manager by ensuring the team has a clear understanding of all business objectives, with a focus on commercial acumen
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development
  • Adhere to all company behaviors, policies, and procedures

  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising
