Job Title: Trainee Carer

You have an opportunity to join our team as a trainee carer in our Traralgon Care Home. This part-time role involves working a minimum of 21 hours per week and comes with formal training and on-the-job support.

The successful candidate will receive paid education, assessment, and qualification outcome, leading to a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) qualification.

This is an excellent chance to start your career in aged care, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time or part-time carer role upon completion of the traineeship.
