Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to clients worldwide.

About The Role

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing incoming tickets, prioritizing tasks, and providing timely and effective resolutions to client inquiries.

You will work closely with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and education, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions
  • Providing product knowledge and features to clients to enhance their shopping experience
  • Manage Point of Sale processes, including checking off stock and receiving new deliveries
  • Pricing stock correctly to maintain accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintaining Outstanding Store Condition and Visual Merchandising Standards
  • Assisting with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Tidying and cleaning the store to create a welcoming environment for customers
