Job Title: HSE Partner
Job DescriptionThis role involves working closely with production management, the wider management team, and employees at local sites to ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance and best practices are in place.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring KPIs for health, safety, and environmental performance, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Knowledge and understanding of ISO14001/45001 standards
- Strong working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation relevant to production/manufacturing environments
- NEBOSH general certificate or IOSH qualification, or other industry-recognised qualifications
- Understanding of production processes related to large products with long build times (desirable)
- Competent user of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Presentation skills, including preparation and delivery of presentations to various audiences
- Document and track accidents and incidents, ensuring appropriate remedial actions and learning
- Conduct regular risk assessments, reviewing and updating as necessary
- Maintain and monitor KPIs for health, safety, and environmental performance
- Ensure compliance with statutory, mandatory, and training requirements, tracking and reporting accordingly
