About the Position

The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of audio-visual projects. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing AV installations and projects at various sites across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementation Coordination: Supervise and coordinate daily implementation activities to meet project objectives.
  • Team Management: Supervise on-site personnel, including subcontractors, to ensure effective team management.
  • Safety and Quality Control: Enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or challenges that may arise during implementation.

Daily Tasks May Involve:

  • Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections and walkthroughs to identify and resolve potential issues promptly.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, documenting project activities, progress, and any incidents.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the audio-visual integration industry (minimum 4-years).
  • Qualifications: Trade qualification in electronics, communications, or audio visual, or demonstrated industry equivalent.
  • Driver's License: Current valid Driver's License and Personal Vehicle.
  • Australian Citizenship: Australian Citizenship to access Secure Agency material or have an AGSVA Clearance.
  • Certifications: Holds current EWP – SLH, Test and Tag, Construction Induction, and Cabler Registration – Open and Endorsement – S, OF, C, T.
