Pharmacist Clinical Trials Specialist

This is a challenging role in the Pharmacy department where you will work closely with other professionals to deliver high-quality patient care within clinical trials.

About the Position
  • Provide expert pharmacy services as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on medication optimization and safety.
  • Perform thorough assessments, monitor drug therapies, and offer tailored recommendations for patients.
  • Manage the preparation, dispensing, and supply chain of clinical trial medications and related materials.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders including project management teams, CRO partners, and internal staff for training purposes.
  • Implement efficient processes and procedures for managing clinical trials and prepare relevant documentation.
Your Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent qualification along with current unconditional pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
  • High level of computer proficiency including knowledge of systems such as CHARM, Merlin, and Microsoft Office.
  • Team-oriented individual with excellent collaboration skills and a passion for delivering specialized patient care.
  • Desirable: experience in clinical trials including familiarity with GMP, GCP, sterile compounding, and clean room work.
Essential Requirements
  • Proof of immunization against infectious diseases.
  • A national police check conducted within the last 12 months.
