We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives by providing comprehensive medication management and optimizing patient treatments.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality pharmacy services, emphasizing medication safety and optimization.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring, and provide patient-specific recommendations.
  • Manage clinical trial drugs and supplies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to implement training programs and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain clinical trial processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
  • High-level computer literacy, including proficiency in systems such as CHARM, Merlin, and Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in cancer care and complex compounding is highly regarded.
