We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Learning and Childcare professional to join our team as a Modern Apprentice.

Job Description

As a Modern Apprentice, you will be responsible for delivering an individual learning and development journey for children, following nursery safeguarding procedures to ensure all children are kept safe, well and secure.

You will work closely with parents/carers, operating a programme of activities that meet the individual needs and interests of children in your care, contributing to a wide range of learning activities and the achievement of learning outcomes.

In addition, you will support all team members, engaging in developing an excellent working environment, assisting children with personal care tasks, and being flexible to provide help where needed.

Your duties will also include promoting the high standards of the nursery at all times to parents, staff, and visitors, ensuring awareness of procedures for risk management, equalities, confidentiality, and behaviour management.
