Job Title: Indigenous Student Success Team Leader
We are seeking a passionate advocate for Indigenous students to lead initiatives that increase enrolments, provide expert support services, create culturally safe spaces, and manage stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to improve Indigenous student success
- Provide mentorship and coaching to Indigenous students to enhance their academic and personal growth
- Collaborate with faculty members to develop culturally responsive curricula and programs
- Manage budget and resources to deliver Indigenous initiatives and bursaries
- Degree in Education or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and training
- Strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and histories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful initiatives that benefit Indigenous students
