About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the grounds and facilities of our park are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all public open space areas to a high standard, including gardens, lawns, and amenities.
  • Ensure all works carried out by the Grounds and Maintenance team are completed to a high-quality standard and in accordance with instructions.
  • Manage the site budget allocated to grounds and maintenance, ensuring it remains within budget.
  • Perform general repairs and maintenance to guest and resident accommodation, as well as public open space areas.
  • Respond to and assess permanent resident queries, escalating to relevant trades if required.
  • Advise the Manager of any significant financial pressures and strains put on the site due to budgetary limitations.
  • Ensure rubbish bins are collected and emptied, and the pool and pool area are cleaned and maintained in accordance with procedures.
  • Arrange and administer all repairs and/or maintenance of tools and equipment, and maintain a maintenance register to record equipment servicing and repairs.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in a grounds/maintenance role, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
  • Full 'C' class drivers license, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and direction to other staff, with a focus on maintaining high standards.
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, residents, and colleagues.
