**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Bibra Lake Resource Recovery Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will carry out high level technical and supervisory activities associated with the operation and maintenance of the Bibra Lake Resource Recovery Park.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Overseeing daily maintenance in compliance with relevant standards and operating procedures while prioritising on-site safety.
- Leading investigations, identifying root causes, and implementing effective mitigation measures to prevent their recurrence.
- Continuous process improvement through preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Ensuring safe and efficient task completion by effectively communicating with and managing on-site teams and contractors.
- Scheduling, planning and monitoring inspection of all plant equipment.
- Reviewing, maintaining and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Cert IV Mechanical trade or equivalent
- Relevant waste industry experience
- Demonstrated success in people leadership and nurturing a positive workplace culture.
- Class C Drivers Licence
- High risk licence (LF, CN/CV, EWP), confined space, working at height
- Strong communication and customer service skills
