Key Responsibilities:

As a Group Sustainability Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Delivering key sustainability reports, including our annual Responsible Business Report, NGER, DJSI, UN Global Compact, and submissions to global ESG indices.
  2. SUPPORTING OTHER GROUP SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING, such as ASRS mandatory climate reporting, the annual Modern Slavery Statement, and various product stewardship reporting requirements.
  3. COORDINATING DATA COLLECTION ACROSS THE ORGANISATION TO ENSURE SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING IS ACCURATE, CONSISTENT, AND TIMELY.
  4. MANAGING INTERNAL REVIEWS AND EXTERNAL ASSURANCE OF SUSTAINABILITY DISCLOSURES TO MAINTAIN TRANSPARENCY AND TRUST.

Requirements:

  • Corporate Reporting Expertise: Strong experience in corporate reporting, ideally within a listed environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Influence: Ability to build trusted relationships and influence across all levels of an organisation.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, reconciliations, formulas).
  • Organisation and Time Management: Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex sustainability concepts clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Relevant Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Corporate Communications, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or Investor Relations.
