We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Medical Practitioner to join our team at NT Grace Mediclinic in the Northern Territory.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a non-vocational register / International Medical Graduate (IMG) to work in a comprehensive general practice setting, providing exposure to all aspects of family medicine, women's and men's health, chronic disease management, travel medicine, skin screening, acute injury management / treatment, immunizations, and occupational health assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing competent, confident patient-centered care
  • Conducting health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment services to patients
  • Consulting and collaborating with colleagues to provide optimal care
  • Referring patients appropriately to other providers if their needs exceed the range of care you can provide

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

  • Be registered with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Hold current Medical Indemnity
  • Commit to continuing medical education and personal professional development
  • Maintain a current resuscitation certificate
Support and Assistance

NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer support and financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
