Job Title: Household Support Professional

This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our aged clients living in their own homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the cleanliness and comfort of our clients' residences, ensuring they receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of clients' homes, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, making beds, changing bed linen, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting.
  • Implement and follow set Task Lists or Care Plans for each client to ensure exceptional care standards.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, respecting their boundaries and personal dignity at all times.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A valid Driver's License and access to a Registered Vehicle.
  • Previous experience in cleaning or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to adhere to safe work practices and OHS procedures.
  • Empathy and commitment to supporting clients living independently.
