Unity Software Development Engineer

As a Unity software development engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of land-based gaming.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing software systems, art assets, game engine assets, shaders, and real-time visual effects. Your expertise in C# programming will help bridge art and engineering by bringing visual designs to life while optimizing performance and ensuring seamless integration of art assets in a real-time gaming environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in game development, versioning software, motion graphics, or animations. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement software systems, art assets, game engine assets, shaders, and real-time visual effects
  • Work closely with engineers and artists to ensure product meets look-and-feel and performance requirements
  • Identify and solve technical issues related to the art pipeline
  • Provide artists with technical feedback, document best practices, and create tools to optimize Unity workflow
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements in game engines, digital content creation software, and tools

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in C# programming
  • Prior experience in game development, versioning software, motion graphics, or animations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A strong understanding of UI/UX principles, profiling, and optimization
