Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate daily retail shop operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and handle cash transactions.

  • Manage daily retail shop activities, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
  • Coordinate inventory management, pricing products according to guidelines, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle cash transactions in line with approved procedures and deposit all cash for banking.
  • Manage petty cash float and maintain accurate records.
  • Work within Workplace Health and Safety guidelines and familiarise yourself with ACCC legislation.
  • Work with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and organisational skills.

About You

  • Superb customer service and communication skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, passion for recycling and reducing waste, and excellent time management skills.
  • Physically fit due to role demands, with moderate computer literacy and financial reporting skills.
  • Licence and own transport preferred (limited public transport), with a fork lift ticket desirable but not essential.
