I am NDIS service provider. I want advertise female support worker role who has (Japanese or Philippine backgrounds) in Coburg and surrounding area.

We are a reputable NDIS service provider dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities in the Coburg and surrounding areas. Our team is committed to providing compassionate and culturally sensitive support to our clients, fostering independence and empowerment.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide person-centered support to clients with disabilities in their daily activities.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including grooming, bathing, and dressing.
- Support clients in developing independent living skills and accessing community resources.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that respects cultural diversity.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by NDIS regulations.
- Previous experience working in disability support or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.

- Certificate IV: disability
- home and community)
- Current police check
- Working with children check
- NDIS worker screening check
- Infection control certificate
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle preferred.
