Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cataloguer & Product Describer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and writing engaging descriptions of various products, including antiques, collectables, household goods, electronics, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Write Compile in-depth information on items for catalogue blurbs, notes, and condition reports
  • Organise and Prepare Articles Arrange and prepare articles for sale or display in a visually appealing manner
  • Liaise with the Team Collaborate with colleagues to publish auction catalogues and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service Deliver exceptional service to clients and maintain high presentation standards
  • Warehouse Duties Assist with warehouse operations, including loading and unloading deliveries
  • Process Refinement Contribute to improving processes and procedures to enhance efficiency

Work Environment

This role requires manual tasks, such as lifting, packing, and loading/unloading stock. The successful candidate must be physically fit and possess strong communication skills.
