Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Policy Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping policy and driving initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective policy frameworks to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize key initiatives
  • Manage commission uplift initiatives, from policy design through to build and implementation

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process and documentation improvements and efficiencies. You will also provide expert guidance and resolution on commission queries, acting as the go-to SME.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in Home and/or Business Lending Products
  • Excellent governance skills with strong analytical mind and business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build robust relationships with internal departments and external partners
