We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Surveyor to join our team in supporting the growing volume of Mortgage Valuation work nationwide.


About the Role

As a leading provider of residential valuation and surveying services, we offer broad postcode coverage and reduced travel time between surveys. The ideal candidate will be a RICS registered valuer with at least one year post-qualification experience in residential surveying, including a mix of Mortgage Valuations and Home Reports.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and accurate property valuations and reports
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients to deliver excellent results
