Key Responsibilities:- Clean guest rooms to a high standard, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and corridors.
- Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with guest amenities.
- Refill, replace, and store towels and linen correctly.
- Report maintenance requirements and lost property.
- Maintain and use equipment correctly.
- Follow health and safety policies and procedures.
As a Guest Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests. This includes ensuring that their rooms are clean and well-appointed, and that they have everything they need to make their stay enjoyable.
Requirements:- Ability to work in a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Customer-focused attitude with a drive to provide total customer satisfaction.
- Initiative to ensure positive interactions with guests.
- Good eye for detail and previous cleaning or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills and high standard of grooming and presentation.
