We're seeking an experienced hospital pharmacist to lead the Emergency Medicine Pharmacy service and support a team of pharmacists across two sites.

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, Team Leaders, and the Pharmacy Leadership Team to provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services.

The Emergency Medicine Pharmacy team has developed innovative patient-centred care models, focusing on medication management and safety.

This senior position involves:

  • Coordinating daily workflow, staffing, and priorities to ensure seamless operations
  • Servicing as a mentor and educator for pharmacy staff and students, working closely with Clinical Educators
  • Driving research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

A relevant postgraduate qualification, such as Master of Clinical Pharmacy, is highly regarded.
