Care Coordinator for Permanent Placement

About Us
At Uniting, we believe every child deserves a loving home. Our Permanency Support Program (PSP) helps achieve this goal by providing culturally supported placement options for children and young people aged 0-18 years.
We also offer a 'light touch' Aftercare service for young people aged 18-25 who have left foster care, collaborating with our Extended Care Pilot program team to provide holistic support using the Advantage Thinking approach.
About the Role
This role supports the casework team with case management tasks to achieve permanency outcomes for children and young people entering our care. It's a recognized pathway and development opportunity to become a full-time Caseworker.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Diploma in Community Services or equivalent qualification, along with strong advocacy skills, excellent communication, and technology proficiency. You must be committed to compliance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
