
Senior Sales Executive

As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for spearheading the growth of our Enterprise business in Australia. This role requires an experienced executive to develop and execute a scaled customer acquisition strategy.
The successful candidate will lead a team of motivated Account Executives in Sydney and Melbourne, tasked with securing net new business with top commercial organisations in Australia. Your expertise will drive success by owning and exceeding quarterly/annual sales targets, building strategic plans, creating trust-based relationships, and managing the front-line voice of our organisation.
We are seeking a high-growth technology leader with direct experience leading a 'new business' sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of executing against personal and team goals, inspiring and developing their team, and possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Develop and execute a scalable customer acquisition strategy
- Lead and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Build trust-based relationships with customers and partners
- Communicate value proposition through presentations and proposal submissions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a high-growth technology leader with direct experience leading a 'new business' sales team
- Experience translating technical product value to C-Suite stakeholders
- Proven ability to successfully execute against personal and team goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coach and develop sales fundamentals in Account Executives
