Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lifting and Rigging Supervisor to join our NSW Operations team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects, collaborating with a talented team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of work crews, ensuring compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage personnel, resources, and equipment to meet project requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including scaffolding, rigging, cranes, and logistics.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a rigging and lifting supervisor with a heavy industrial background.
  • Proven ability to manage multidiscipline work crews and develop effective safety protocols.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Excellent working knowledge of workplace health and safety, with a focus on preventing accidents and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Sound proficiency in the use of MS Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Open Driver's License and proof of right to work in Australia.
