Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Lifting and Rigging Supervisor to join our NSW Operations team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and supervision of daily activities for work crews, ensuring compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of work crews, including scaffolding, rigging, cranes, and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and maintain a safe working environment
  • Develop and implement effective plans and schedules to meet project requirements
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve project goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a rigging and lifting supervisor with a heavy industrial background
  • Proven ability to manage multidiscipline work crews and lead teams
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of workplace health and safety
  • Experience in effective planning, scheduling, and resource management
  • Sound proficiency in MS Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Open Driver's License
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
