Teaching Opportunity in Hairdressing

Experienced educators are sought after to cover teacher absences in hairdressing cohorts. As a casual relief teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and assessing students in Certificate II in Salon Assistant and Certificate III in Hairdressing classes.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A current Victorian Working with Children Clearance
  • A current Police Check (not older than 12 months old)
  • A current Driver's License (some travel between campuses is a requirement of the role)

In addition to these requirements, you will also need to have:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
  • A relevant vocational qualification to the level of teaching/assessing (minimum Certificate III in Hairdressing)
  • Extensive relevant industry experience
