
Strategic Campaign Leader

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our organization. This role is responsible for managing and developing campaigns that deliver business objectives and drive growth.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing Flybuys activations including campaign setup and implementation, brief development, and post-campaign reviews.
- Executing on the annual partner CRM strategy, including a multi-channel and multi-offer plan to support and deliver business objectives.
- Working with the Commercial Manager to develop new campaign strategies to deliver partnership growth and best-in-industry campaigns for our members' returns.
- Developing campaigns that deliver on strategic objectives while maintaining a growth mindset and best-in-class value proposition for our members.
- Leading post-campaign analysis and measurements to ensure campaign offers are performing as expected against targets.
- Presenting campaign results and findings as part of the partner quarterly reviews and cadence.
- Developing and nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders in departments including marketing, analytics, operations, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of partnership objectives.
- Building strong relationships and trust with external stakeholders, including partners.
Key Requirements">
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing or equivalent industry experience with 3-5 years of experience in campaign management.
- Agile experience desirable.
- Confident and highly adaptable to working autonomously and with occasional ambiguity.
- Excellent project management/communication/presentation skills, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent time management with the ability to self-manage, prioritize workload, and escalate issues when required.
- Experience in managing end-to-end campaigns, below-the-line practice ideals.
- Ability to liaise at various stakeholder management levels with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Effective influencer able to navigate internal and external organizations to build and leverage relationships.
- Ability to generate and/or interpret data insights to drive campaign objectives.
- Experience with EDM, programmatic, and social media marketing channels.
- Strong understanding of retail category needs and requirements (desirable).
- The capacity to work effectively and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial awareness and financial competence with entrepreneurial drive and business savvy.
- Naturally collaborative with a strong emphasis on building and leveraging relationships both internally and externally.
- Able to present confidently to various audiences and handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
