About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and determined self-starter looking to enhance their real estate career. A full-time opportunity exists to join our Melbourne office as a Leasing Executive, working within the Retail Leasing division.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a start within Commercial Real Estate. You will be responsible for conducting tenancy inspections and negotiating leases on behalf of building owners, generating new business opportunities by developing strong relationships with owners and other key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting tenancy inspections and negotiating leases on behalf of building owners
  • Generating new business opportunities by developing strong relationships with owners and other key stakeholders
  • Activating marketing strategies on behalf of owners in order to attract tenant enquiry
  • Maintaining databases and other company reference tools

You will also be required to develop a strong understanding of market trends and market data, supporting across administration, invoicing and creating submissions as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in property management, property sales or leasing in any sector
  • An eagerness to learn and grow within retail property
