About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Mining Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team at Pritchard Francis. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading civil engineering projects in the mining sector.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results;
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, agencies, and other stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues;
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to achieve financial targets and meet client needs;
  • Coordinate with designers, engineers, and technical staff to ensure accurate and efficient design development;
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and technical documents to stakeholders;
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and confidence in our services.

Requirements

  • Tertiary level qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the mining sector;
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work autonomously, make informed decisions, and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Familiarity with industry software, tools, and technologies;
  • Chartered status with Engineers Australia or equivalent is highly regarded.
