Warehouse Operations Manager

A leading organization seeks an experienced professional to oversee warehouse and logistics operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring a safe, secure, and compliant work environment, developing policies and procedures, and maintaining team capability through training and development.
Responsibilities:- Lead and support a high-performing warehousing and logistics team.
- Develop and enforce clear policies, procedures, and documented practices.
- Maintain team capability through training, development, and succession planning.
- Oversee all warehousing functions including receipt, storage, distribution, and equipment maintenance.
- 7+ years relevant Supply Chain, Warehousing and logistics experience within a shipbuilding or manufacturing organization.
- Strong understanding and working experience in a computerized ERP environment.
- Strong leader and coach, with excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
- Forklift License.
