Job Title: Head of HR Shared Services

Join our team as a seasoned HR professional to lead and shape a newly established HR Shared Services function. As the Head of HR Shared Services, you will oversee the delivery of HR services to a diverse group of professionals and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of HR Services, enhancing performance and building a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and implement customer-focused HR services, driving continuous improvement initiatives and upgrading system automation and analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader Human Resources team to maintain strategic alignment and operational excellence.
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting initiative, innovation, professional development, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Experience delivering as a Head of HR Shared Services, establishing customer-focused HR services.
  • Proven success in leading change within service delivery models in large, complex organisations, in the corporate or public sector.
  • Experience managing frontline HR shared service delivery, including Payroll operations.
  • Strong expertise in knowledge management and continuous process improvement.
  • Excellent analytical skills to address complex issues and communicate solutions effectively.
  • The ability to build and manage productive strategic partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
