About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our Women's Health Clinic as a Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC). The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering safe and effective care at an advanced level to women with complex women's health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and coordinate patient care
- Provide evidence-based inclusive treatment of women with complex women's health needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated quality care
- Partner with community and specialist services to provide a seamless care experience
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Bachelor of Nursing qualification
