**Job Title:** Urgent Finance Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled finance transformation manager to join our team. As a finance transformation manager, you will play a key role in helping clients navigate complex finance challenges and deliver value through strategic, operational, and digital finance transformation.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead complex finance transformation projects involving digital strategy, process optimisation, future-state operating model design, and the implementation of enabling technologies such as ERP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics etc), EPM, AI, RPA, and Power BI.
  2. Inspire and guide high-performing teams by mentoring junior consultants, collaborating across service lines, and delivering integrated solutions that drive sustainable change.
  3. Engage directly with CFOs and senior finance leaders to build trusted relationships, provide strategic insights, and support business development through proposal work, solution design, and thought leadership.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4–8 years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, or in-house finance roles, ideally within professional services, Big 4, or industry finance teams.
  • Strong knowledge of core finance functions (e.g. FP&A, record-to-report, order-to-cash), with hands-on experience in finance strategy, process improvement, and system implementations.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; experience with tools like SAP, Microsoft, Blackline, or Tagetik is a plus.
