**Strategic Educational Director Role Summary**

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and inspire a team of educators in their continuous improvement of practice and pedagogy. As a Strategic Educational Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the Educational Program and Practice at your desired institution.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Develop and implement strategic educational plans to enhance student outcomes and educator performance
  • Motivate, support, and mentor educators through engagement in professional conversations and critical reflection, hands-on learning, and professional development opportunities
  • Empower and support others to build capacity for continuous improvement and work with educators to develop engaging and inspiring learning environments that are inclusive of all children
**Requirements**
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • Demonstrated leadership skills within education services
  • Dedicated to developing the future of children
  • Understanding of:
    • National Quality Framework (NQF)
    • Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
    • Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting
    • Workplace Health and Safety issues
**Qualifications**
  • Recognised Early Childhood Teaching Degree as identified by Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority or an approved Diploma level qualification for the purposes of the education and care services, national law and regulations
  • Child protection qualification
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
  • Working with Children Check verification number
