Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Portfolio Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing corporate portfolio, shaping the future of child and adolescent health.

The Opportunity

This role will involve influencing strategic direction, driving financial sustainability, and contributing to innovations that shape the future of child and adolescent health. You will have oversight of a significant operational budget and be responsible for leading a high-performing corporate portfolio.

  • Influence strategic direction and drive financial sustainability.
  • Lead a high-performing corporate portfolio spanning finance, procurement, infrastructure, ICT, payroll, and digital services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Proven executive leadership in a large, complex healthcare or service delivery organisation.
  • Deep expertise in financial governance, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Capacity to lead non-finance portfolios including digital transformation, infrastructure, and procurement.
  • Experience working with Board and Executive Teams to drive long-term financial sustainability.
  • Strong working knowledge of public sector financial frameworks and healthcare funding models.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
