Lead Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Risk Management Specialist to join our team and shape the risk culture across all levels of an organisation in Perth.

  • This role is responsible for driving proactive risk management by partnering with divisions to embed best practice standards, managing critical documentation for executive committees, and overseeing business continuity planning processes.
  • The successful candidate will administer fraud analytics platforms, coordinate crisis simulations, and ensure compliance obligations are met.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree qualifications in Business or related discipline.
  • 5-10 years' experience in risk management roles.
  • Practical knowledge of ISO 31000:2018 standards and implementing risk management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive pro-active risk management by partnering with divisions to embed best-practice standards.
  2. Manage critical documentation for executive committees and oversee business continuity planning processes.
  3. Administer fraud analytics platforms, coordinate crisis simulations and ensure compliance obligations are met.
