About this role
As a seasoned Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving financial performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management and financial reporting
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase customer loyalty
- Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, health, safety and licensing regulations
- Foster a positive work environment that supports the company's mission and values
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar senior hospitality role
- Strong operational management skills with a proven track record of driving financial results
- Excellent customer service orientation and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with food and beverage cost control, inventory management and reporting
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience
