Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to spearhead our store operations and drive sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth by achieving targets and controlling expenses.
  • Minimize stock losses to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and implement effective in-store merchandising strategies and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years retail or administration experience.
  • Possess an interest in fashion and excellent customer service skills.
  • Figure and administration-oriented with the ability to manage risk within the store.
  • Able to communicate and persuade effectively at all levels.
