Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Myhomecare. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the creation, administration, and management of rosters for our field employees, ensuring that client services are covered by employees with the appropriate skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate client rosters
- Deliver best practice scheduling to prepare long-term rosters for clients and field staff in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor and ensure all shifts have been delivered for field staff
- Action and document phone calls and/or communication relating to scheduling

Requirements:
- Experience in a scheduling/rostering role
- Microsoft Office Suite and Procura experience highly regarded
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work both within a team and autonomously
- The right to work in Australia
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Proof of Covid Vaccination
