Key Responsibilities and Activities
Master Data Management
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of material master databases, including details such as dimensions and palletization requirements.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance on new SAP functionality related to master data as needed.
- Update Material Replenishment Planning data and perform periodic data cleansing to ensure data consistency.
- Compile and analyze reports to ensure high-level data integrity and accuracy.
- Coordinate master data requirements for the introduction of new product lines and product deletions.
- Monitor new product developments, product deletions, and product changes related to master data.
- Prepare monthly Key Performance Indicators for Supply Chain dashboards.
- Update external databases to ensure consistency with SAP, including GS1 NPC, Salsify, Regional Data Sheets, and product submission forms.
Required Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience with materials requirements planning (MRP) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using the SAP MM & PP modules or similar systems, with a solid understanding of creating and maintaining master data and BOMs.
- Able to multitask various projects simultaneously.
- Structured and detailed approach to tasks and projects.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including extensive experience with formulas, pivot tables, and V-lookups.
- Graduates and students with an interest in Supply Chain and a high level of motivation and drive are encouraged to apply.
