Job Opportunity: Long Haul Truck Driver

The role of a truck driver plays a vital part in the transportation of livestock and agricultural products across multiple farm sites in Western Australia.

Key responsibilities include safely operating and manoeuvring livestock trucks, following animal welfare guidelines to minimise distress during transport, and coordinating with farm staff to ensure efficient loading and unloading of livestock.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant full-time experience in truck driving, a valid H Licence, and the ability to operate heavy vehicles safely.

  • Safely load and unload vehicles using lifting and tipping devices
  • Manoeuvre vehicles into position for loading and unloading
  • Observe safety requirements when loading and unloading vehicles

The successful candidate will be required to perform various tasks including:

  • Transporting livestock and other agricultural products across multiple farm sites
  • Following standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Coordinating with farm staff to ensure efficient logistics and supply chain management
