Key Job Function: Customer Service
Job Description:
As a Customer Service professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs. Whether assisting with inquiries, educating customers about online platforms, or recommending products and services that best suit their needs, you will make a difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering win-win solutions for the bank and customers.
- Developing an expert understanding of customers' current and future goals to design solutions that meet their needs.
- Educating and supporting customers with digital literacy and online banking needs as the bank continues to innovate its offerings.
- Guiding customers through personalized lending solutions, including exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options to help them achieve their goals.
- Being a lifelong learner, bringing a brilliant mind to the role, and taking career development opportunities to further grow and learn.
- Building connections and contributing to community growth while having fun along the way.
Requirements:
- Consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers' needs.
- Confidence in communicating with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
- The ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Eagerness to understand and share what makes this organization different.
- Drive for collaboration - mateship is crucial for working together and achieving goals.
- Experience in consumer lending is a plus but not essential.
