Assembly Operator

About the Role

We are seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team at Incitec Pivot Limited. As an Assembly Operator, you will play a critical role in the safe and efficient assembly of explosive products, which are shipped directly to mine sites throughout Australia and Asia Pacific.

You will be responsible for:

• Positively contributing to our Zero Harm safety culture
• Assembling high-quality explosive products using state-of-the-art fixed plant
• Identifying and contributing to possible plant improvements, such as reducing waste and improving quality, productivity, and safety performance
• Completing required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner and communicating any quality issues to your line leader
• Maintaining a tidy and safe work area, as well as general housekeeping of break rooms and kitchen areas

Our facility in Helidon, South East Queensland, benefits from a strategically convenient location near the Warrego Highway, offering accessibility to major freight routes in every direction. Positioned adjacent to the QLD DEEDI Explosive Reserve and just 1km from our domestic freight provider, we enjoy an ideal location for streamlined operations.
